How do you want to add some extra spark to your fire? Or umm maybe you would like to revive the flame a bit? No matter what reason you can choose many ways.

Entertainment is usually a great pick and to that you could add:

Pretty Woman
This has to be one of her top romantic movies and one I love.
Julia is cast as a hooker with Richard Gere co-starring as the hero who rescues her; if she will let him and if he will give up his final inhibition. The movie is much better to watch than read a summary about.

Ghost
Is a love story with a sad note but it is a Great love story none the less. Has a bit of thrill in it and a lot of devotion. Starring Patrick Swayze, Whoopi Goldberg, and Demi Moore.

Dirty Dancing
A 17 year old on vacation with her parents meets the hotel dance instructor from whom she learns to dance, experiences a bit of life and love. Carrys nostalgic heat and wonderful sentiment. A very well done and sweet moments movie. Starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey

You’ve Got Mail
A war between two opposites in business who find out they are not so different as they have already fallen in love online. Nice romantic tale. Starring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan

Ok now then let us take a look at some more romantic movies worthy of any day as well as Valentine’s Day.

Chocolat (2000 DVD)
Johnny Depp coated with chocolate, just kidding.
A Mysterious woman and her daughter arrive in a town and mix the town up a bit. The woman known now as Vianna opens a chocolaterie with exotic morsels of chocolate sweets that are made to bring out the best part of a person. Vianna meets a gypsy who comes into town and has a little magic thrown her way as well. There is an intricate and intriguing plot to this movie.

Some stars in this movie are: Juliette Binoche, Victoire Thivisol, Alfred Molina, Johnny Depp

Cinema Paradiso
A star crossed story of love between a boy and his first love. Whom he will never forget even though he doesn’t get to keep her. He does learn to love movies though as the mentor of this fatherless boy has taught him all about movies and provides him with fatherly love and patience. This movie is a tearjerker if you get the original version.

Ok now we have to do the Marathon. What? Well for the men this is a great suggestion for your girl.
Just go with it ok…Get all three of these Meg Ryan movies.

You’ve Got Mail
Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan in a romantic tale of war in the business world with each other in person yet unbeknown to them they are falling in love over the internet.

Sleepless in Seattle
A boy gets his father together with a woman through a radio show where he calls in his Christmas wish. It’s a tale of loves lost and new love found. Sweet movie. If you get the DVD it has some great extras.

When Harry Met Sally
A comedy with romance and friendship between a man and woman. The restaurant scene is great and the movie has it’s share of trials and tribulations that a male and female friend might experience together.

A classic for all ages that involves a farm boy and a princess.

Armageddon
Spine tingles as fireballs hit our beloved earth and a space station is destroyed. Full of action and adventure and some tear jerking scenes this movie is great. Love and devotion abounds as well as an odd team taking on a challenge to save humanity. Starring Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck and Liv Tyler

Titanic
The tragedy that struck the titanic so long ago is still full of a wonderful love story. It will bring tears to most people’s eyes. Very Romantic. Starring Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio

Love Actually
There are Eight people involved in their own life struggles including love. While some are falling in love, some are letting love go. If you watch this movie you are sure to relate to somebody in the movie on some level. You will discover the true meaning of love throughout different hardships, love stories and life’s challenges. Starring Hugh Grant, Bill Nighy, Colin Firth, Emma Thompson, Kiera Knightly, and Liam Neeson.

First loves and growing up. Never letting go…
As an old couple looks back at their own love story or is it just a famous story.
