24 Redemption
24 Redemption is the movie that bridges the gap between season 6 and season 7. Redemption aired Sunday, November 23, 2008. Season 7 will make its big debut during a Special 2 Night Event airing January 13 Sunday and January 14 Monday 2009.
What seemed like the Eternal Wait
Sunday put and end to the eternal wait to see 24. Those who latched on to the TV last night got a good dose after a whole year. I know some of us were going nuts because of delays with the writer’s strike. But if you got to see the prequel to season 7 it was more than worth the wait.
Taking a Bold step
The show took a bold step and left the Los Angeles scene so well known in the series. It was, well a bit different than your normal 24 because it was filmed on location in Cape Town. Never fear though it was still 24 just the same.
Still Familiar
Still the classic Award Winner complete with the ticking clock and familiar split screens. If you think it might be getting a bit old, then you just might not get the show. There surely isn’t another show out there like it.
If you missed the show
You can get the DVD Monday. The expected date of release is November 25, 2008. Ohhh, that’s tomorrow. Otherwise here is the Slimmed down version.
It Begins
Jack Bauer landed in Africa after travelling and now he basically is hiding out. Since he is wanted for questioning since he beat up that dude, oh ya and tortured him in season 6. He basically told the guy to shove it after he received a subpoena.
It’s not going well in Africa
There are problems in Africa. Some jerk is trying to take over all of Africa. The guy starts enlisting kids to help him take over the country and help him with his dirty plan of attack. Jack, of course, has to come to the kids rescue and save them.
Meanwhile…
The United States is about to get it’s first female president and it just happens to be inauguration day. All the time this is happening, the president elect has a son who has a friend that is some bad trouble. The friend managed to get himself in with some BAD people.
Nope Can’t give it all away
I can’t tell you what happened with all that mess of course. Don’t want to spoil it all for you. So, best thing for you is to get the DVD so you can watch it more than once anyway.

If you happen to be a 24 fan or know someone who is a 24 fanatic then…never fear getting the DVD it will be very well worth adding to or starting a collection.
